"Embracing several styles from genres popular mainly in the ’30s and ’40s they blend Western Swing, Gypsy jazz, honky tonk, country, and, naturally, Hawaiian, in a way that is both authentic and most of all fun.[...] The steel notes linger and bend in the best Hawaiian way and hearing them on the old favourite Beyond The Reef, which has been covered by a host of singers from Elvis and Marty Robbins to Vic Damone, is to hear where they’re at. [...] The likeable vocals of Vincent Dupas also add to the overall enjoyment and the telltale ukulele stays well back in the mix. I can imagine these guys absolutely smashing it at the right kind of festival or intimate live venue and hope they hop on the Eurostar sometime soon.
